For those who don’t know you, give us an introduction you are…Hi I’m Sunta. When I’m not playing records and dancing around in clubs I'm playing records and saying stuff on Xfm.
What did you do at the weekend?DJ’d the launch of HMV’s Next Big Thing Festival, got a new tattoo, had a Waggamamas, presented The Weekender on Xfm, went out for a mates Birthday drinks in Islington, cooked a curry, presented the Sunday night show on Xfm and watched Come Dine With Me on catch up.
Tell us how you got into music, and doing what you do now…How I got into music? It’s just always been there – from my dads Louis Armstrong records to my mum taping Live Aid off of the radio and my brother Djing techno on his first bedroom decks. I’m not good at playing instruments so decided playing other peoples records on the radio was a good way of working in the music industry. Then I realised if I played other peoples records in clubs too and I would always have the best night out.
If you could work with anyone in the world, who would it be?Vivienne Westwood
