Following a massive breakthrough year in 2010, the awesomely eclectic Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs is set to take his mind-boggling electronica stateside this March.
Taking in dates across North America and Canada, TEED will be bringing his brand of underground electro-pop to North America for the first time with a show that’s set to be as unique as ever. “It goes from 124bpm to 140bpm. It crosses lots of genres and sub-genres of dance music, and I don’t really know or care about all these genres, I think they’re a bit useless and unnecessary,” says TEED. “It’s just dance music at the end of the day.”
Rather good dance music at that – check out the video above to hear TEED’s classic ‘Household Goods’ – so let’s hope this dinosaur doesn’t end up fossilised like so many artists trying to break America.
